Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a final plat that shows eight lots on approximately 24 acres.
The Geotechnical report notes that the existing fill materials appear to be suitable for support of the roads and parking lots. Each lot is labeled “Transitional” and, as part of the plan submitted for building permit review, a licensed geotechnical engineer shall complete an inspection and prepare a report, which will be provided with the submittal of a plan for building permit review.
