Minor Revisions to Previously Approved Preliminary Plan – Traditions Subdivision, USPS CBU Addition at Amenity Area, 9033 Carnival Drive
Ragan Smith & Associates requests approval of a revised preliminary plan that proposes the placement of USPS Cluster Box Units (CBU’s) at the amenity area.
Because the proposed changes affects the improvements within the permanent open space, approval of the corresponding changes to the OSRD Development Plan by the Board of Commissioners is required.
