Revised Preliminary Plan – Traditions Subdivision, East Side of Wilson Pike
Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a revised preliminary plan that adds Lot 128 to the project. Lot 128 has been added to Open Space “G” and includes an area of 19,666 square feet.
Because the proposal adds an additional lot to the subdivision design, approval of the proposed revisions to the OSRD Development Plan is required by the Board of Commissioners.
