H & H Land Surveying, Inc., requests approval of a revised final plat for the property located at 412 Wilson Pike. The proposal involves subdividing the existing 3.01-acre parcel into two lots. Lot 1 will be 1.95 acres; Lot 2 will be 1 acre; 0.06 of an acre will be dedicated as additional right-of-way.
There is also a cemetery on the tract that will be preserved.
