Mr. Don Ropieckl requests approval of a revised, replacement entrance feature plan for the Chestnut Springs Subdivision.
The entrance features were removed as part of the widening of Concord Road and the HOA compensated for the improvements.
The proposed improvements are located in the arterial road buffer (open space) for the subdivision. Therefore approval of the revised preliminary plan by the Planning Commission is required and approval by the Board of Commissioners of the corresponding changes to the OSRD Development Plan is also necessary.
