Harrah & Associates requests approval of a final plat showing five lots on approximately 8.43 acres. The project is currently under construction and is located on the north side of Concord Road, east of the Lansdowne Subdivision.
A total of 0.23 acres across the front of the property has already been dedicated as right-of-way for the on-going improvements to Concord Road (Book 5895, PG. 118).
No individual lot access is proposed to Concord Road. The proposed lot sizes and technical aspects of the design meet the requirements of the Code. The lot sizes are detailed in the following table.
