Ragan Smith Associates requests reinstatement of a previously approved preliminary plan. The previous preliminary plan was approved by the Planning Commission in July 2-14 and subsequently expired in July 2015.
The plan shows the previously approved configuration of the project. The number of lots remains unchanged at 141.
Approval of the OSRD Development Plan by the Board of Commissioners is not necessary because the layout of the plan, the access to the development, the open space improvements and the number of lots is unchanged.
