Beazer Homes requests approval of a revised site plan that proposed the setup of a temporary construction trailer on Lot 55 of the Owl Creek Subdivision. The trailer includes an area of 576 sf (48’ x 12’). This is the same trailer that was previously approved and located on Lot 27.
The lot already includes a paved parking lot, having six spaces, three of which would be occupied by the temporary construction trailer.
Per the requirements of Section 78-16 the term for the approval of the temporary trailer shall be for one-year. Additional extensions may be approved by staff for periods of no more than six-months.
