Miller Construction Services requests approval of a revised site plan for the existing Costco Wholesale warehouse store located at 98 Seaboard Lane.
The proposed modifications include an addition of a seasonal garden center on the west side of the building. A 6-foot black vinyl coated fenced area will be installed from March until May. In order to improve emergency egress, a small sidewalk will be added. This will require the removal of 8 Azalea plants and 10 Creeping Lilyturf. The site complies with minimum green space and planting requirements.
