Energy Land & Infrastructure, LLC requests approval of a site plan for the property located at 1641 Mallory Lane. The proposal includes a dog daycare facility having an area of 10,030 square feet. Twenty parking spaces passed upon a parking study completed by the applicant.
The exterior of the building will be a combination of fiber cement panels, brick, aluminum storefront and a standing seam metal. The lot includes an area of approximately 0.88 acres.
