Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a revised site plan for the Ramparts Building.
The plan proposes new hardscape at the front of the each building entrance. A new siting area is also proposed on the South West corner of the building. Landscaping improvements and new pedestrian lighting will also be installed around each building entrance. Additional landscaping is proposed around the entrance feature at the Franklin Road entrance.
No modifications are proposed to the building itself.
