Barge Cauthen Associates requests approval of a 51,307 square foot automobile dealership to be located on Lot 13 of the Mallory Park Subdivision. The building area includes a main level having an area of 47,135 sf and a mezzanine level laving an area of 4,172 sf.

A total of 401 parking spaces are proposed, most of which will be used for display and storage of new vehicles.
