Present: Mayor Rhea Little; Vice Mayor Nelson Andrews; Commissioner Anne Dunn; Commissioner Mark Gorman; Commissioner Susannah Macmillan; Commissioner Regina Smithson; Commissioner Ken Travis Staff Present: City Manager Kirk Bednar; Assistant City Manager Jay Evans; City Attorney Kristen Corn

Approval of Minutes
				August 8, 2021
					Moved by Commissioner Susannah Macmillan for approval of the minutes as written, seconded by Vice Mayor Nelson Andrews
					Vote: 6 - 0 Approved
					Other: Commissioner Regina Smithson (Abstain)
New Business
				Request of Dai Viet, LLC for an on-premises beer permit for V & V Vietnamese Cuisine, 214 Ward Circle, Suite 700 (new business)
					Moved by Mayor Rhea Little for approval contingent upon the owner completing the TABC training class and presenting a copy of the certificate to the City Recorder, seconded by Commissioner Mark Gorman
					Vote: 7 - 0 Approved
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:53 pm.
