Ordinance 2018-11 requests the rezoning approximately 28.90 acres of property lying along the north side of Moores Lane, approximately 0.55 miles west of its intersection with Wilson Pike. More specifically, the subject property includes the western portion of the existing Primm Farm located at 8318 Moores Lane. The requested change is from R-1 and R-2 to OSRD.
