Revised Final Plat -  Belle Terra Subdivision, Lot 1, 1035 Concord Road

Harrah and Associates requests approval of a revised final plat that creates a 10’ x 10.5’ subdivision signage easement on Lot One of the Belle Terra Subdivision. 
 
The proposed easement is located outside of the existing PUDE on private property. 
 
The proposed sign structure design includes a 10” x 10” aged oak beam and fieldstone veneer. The sign itself measures 36” square.  The sign will not be illuminated. 
 
As part of the approval of the plat the developer is also requesting approval of the proposed entrance signage design.
