PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Site Plan - Brentwood High School, Soccer Dugout improvements

SBR Construction, LLC request approval to replace the existing soccer dugouts at the Brentwood High School. The new dugouts will be in the same locations. The dugouts measure approximately 7 feet wide by 28 feet long They will be faced with brick to match the main building and have blue metal standing seam roofs.

The existing dugouts are constructed of pressure treated lumber and siding and are in need of replacement.

The existing shrubbery at the rear of the dugouts will be removed as part of the construction.

WCS has approved the proposed design.
