Revised Preliminary Plan – Brentwood Country Club Subdivision

Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a revised preliminary plan that reduces the area of the golfer’s easement on Lot 116. The preliminary plan updates the site data to reflect the proposed easement reduction.

Because the golfer’s easement is considered as part of the open space for the project, approval by the Board of Commissioners is required for the proposed revisions to the OSRD Development Plan.
