Minor Site Plan Alteration, Canopy and Drive addition – Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home, 1310 Franklin Road

Catalyst Design Group requests approval to add a canopy over the entrance to the existing activities building. The proposal also includes a new circular drive and drop-off area, a sidewalk, two ADA parking spaces and reconfiguration the parking spaces at front of the building. No parking spaces will be lost due to the improvements.
