Ordinance 2020-08 requests the rezoning of approximately 10.27 acres located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of Wilson Pike and Old Smyrna Road. The requested change is from the SI-3 (Service Institution -- Cultural, Recreational and Governmental) zoning district to the R-2 (Suburban Residential) zoning district. The subject property is commonly referred to as the "Dolphin Club" property and is located at 502 Wilson Pike.
