AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 900 FRANKLIN ROAD FROM AR (AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL) AND R-2 (SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL) TO OSRD (OPEN SPACE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT)

Ordinance 2018-12 requests the rezoning of approximately 34 acres located at 900 Franklin Road directly across from Fountainhead Drive. The requested change is from the AR (Agricultural Residential) and the R-2 (Suburban Residential) zoning districts to the OSRD (Open Space Residential Development) zoning district.
