The Emergency Communications District Board met on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Brentwood City Hall.

Present:	Mayor Rhea Little; Vice Mayor Nelson Andrews; Commissioner Anne Dunn; Commissioner Mark Gorman; Commissioner Susannah Macmillan; Commissioner Regina Smithson; Commissioner Ken Travis
Staff Present:	City Manager Kirk Bednar; Assistant City Manager Jay Evans; City Attorney Kristen Corn


Approval of Minutes

	May 10, 2021
		Moved by Commissioner Mark Gorman for approval of the minutes as written, seconded by Commissioner Susannah Macmillan
		Vote: 7 - 0 Approved

The ECD Quarterly Revenue and Expense Report and the Status Report from ECD Supervisor were presented.

With no other business on the agenda the meeting adjourned at 6:58 pm.
