Approval to purchase Software Annual Maintenance from Tyler Technologies for Incode Court Case Management Software

Background

In 2014, the Board approved a contract with Tyler Technologies for Incode Court Case Management Software. The Incode Court Case Management Software is for court case files, dispositions, dockets, payments, etc. Under that agreement there was a recurring annual maintenance cost associated that was capped at five percent annual increase for the first five years. Although we are now outside the timeframe of the originally approved agreement, the proposed cost increase for the next year's maintenance agreement is once again just five percent, with a total cost of $14,188.93. This amount was included in the approved FY2022 budget.
