GP Luxury requests approval of a minor site plan alteration that adds a monument sign near the entrance of the property located at 1537 Franklin Road. The monument sign will be five feet nine inches tall with a total area of approximately 18 square feet. The proposed sign meets the requirements of the code.

The building recently received its temporary certificate of occupancy.
