Minor Site Plan Alteration – MapCo Express, #3412, 7108 Moores Lane

Core States Group request approval of a revised site plan for the Mapco Express fuel and convenience store located at 8108 Moores Lane.  The proposed changes include:    
  1. Removal of an existing carwash and accompanying sign, order screen, and curb-area to be repaved for improved vehicular circulation;
  2. Existing parking stripes will be repainted including ADA spaces;
  3. Existing signage on the facades will be removed and replaced;
  4. Existing building canopy fascia and finished to be removed;
  5. New exterior façade canopies, soffit, and signage to be installed, and  
  6. All visible facades to be cleaned, repaired, and refinished.
