PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Site Plan – Brentwood Auto Wash, 422 Wilson Pike Circle

Quirk Designs requests approval of a revised site plan that proposes the additional five new vacuum bays to the rear of the Brentwood Auto Wash, located at 422 Wilson Pike Circle. The new bays will be of the same design as those existing, which were installed in 2019. The new bays will be placed atop existing parking spaces. The five parking spaces have been relocated to an existing paved area on site. The plan also proposes screening of the new vacuum equipment using a masonry enclosure painted to match the building and mirroring the existing enclosure.
