Basin Pool Designs requests approval of a revised Hillside Protection Overlay site plan for Lot 204 located at 1903 Chagford Court in the Morgan Farms Subdivision.

There is an existing two-story brick house having an area of 5,823 sq, ft. on the lot.

The changes to the plan include:

Installation of a 35; x 15' gunite pool.
A n 18' x 10' spillover spa.
Installation of a concrete deck.
