Revised Final Plat – Duke Rose, Jr. Subdivision, Lot 1, 6301 Belle Rive Drive

W.T. Smith Land Surveying requests approval of a revised final plat that proposes to divide the existing 2.60 acre lot into two lots.

There is an existing two-story house located on Lot One. According to the Property Assessor the house includes an area of approximately 3,431 sq. ft. The house was built in 1981.

Access to both lots will be provided via a shared driveway from Belle Rive Drive.
