Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a revised site plan that includes a Three-story office building havign an area of 18,485 square feet.
 
The exterior of the building will be painted brick veneer with composite metal panels.  The front entrance of the building will face the adjoining property to the South.  
 
Currently, there is a vacant home located on the 1.29-acre tract, having an area of 1,923 square feet, which will be demolished as part of the development plan.
 
The developer is required to extend sewer service to serve the future structure.
