Background
On June 28, 2021, the City Commission approved an agreement with ProImage Facility Solutions, LLC for janitorial services at the Police Department Headquarters.   That agreement, originally for $5,523.25 per month, automatically renewed in June 2022 with 3.5% price escalation, making the FY 2023 rate $5,716.56 ($68,598.76/year).  The scope of services included standard janitorial services, but left specialty services such as machine scrubbing of floors, carpet cleaning, and window washing as additional.  With the facility being brand new in 2021, the frequency that such services would be needed was unknown. Through the course of FY 2023, these services outside the original scope were requested of ProImage, resulting in a total cost of services provided by ProImage now exceeding the amount approved by the City Commission.  Staff requests approval of up to $85,000 in total expenditures with ProImage for the Police Department Headquarters in FY 2023.

Resolution 2021-83 was adopted on June 28, 2021, approving an agreement with ProImage Facility Services, LLC for janitorial services at PDHQ.
