PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Final Plat – Witherspoon Subdivision, Section Eight
Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a final plat for Section eight that creates thirteen lots and four open space tracts on approximately twenty-two acres.
A total of 140 Lots have been recorded within the subdivision to date. The project includes a total of 154 lots, including the estate lot, which is zone R-2 along Crockett Road.

The required CBU’s for the section are located within the island in Joslin Court (OS 8).
The plat proposes a right-of-way dedication of 0.23 acres along the section’s frontage with Crockett Road.
