Minor Site Plan Alteration – Maryland Commons Lot L, 6-12 Cadillac Drive

Brent Creek LLC requests approval of a revised site plan that proposes the addition of six pergolas and four at grade patios to the interior courtyard of the Creekside Crossing Buildings. The intent is to provide additional outdoor meeting spaces. The pergolas vary in size, the largest being 25' x 14' x 11' the smallest being 10' x 14' x 8'. Materials included stainless steel and aluminum.
