Anderson, Delk, Epps & Associates requests approval of a revised final plat that subdivides the 6.7-acre lot into two lots.  The existing home on Lot 1 will remain.  Each proposed lot will be just over three acres. 
 
The plat proposes a shared access using the existing driveway from Murray Lane.
