Revised Site Plan – Shoppes at Maryland Way, 115 Penn Warren Drive

Baston and Associates requests approval of revised site plan that reconfigures the parking lot to add an outdoor dining area beside the Greek Café tenant space, located on the westerly side of the building.

The proposed patio will measure 17.2’ x 25.4’ (437 sf) and will be surrounded on the northerly and westerly sides by a 42” (54” or 571/2’) tall black aluminum fence.

Four decorative steel patio tables, 16 chairs and four 9’ diameter umbrellas in a navy color will be placed in the patio area.

Removal and replacement of some of the site landscaping is also proposed.

The modifications to the site comply with Code requirements.
