PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Limited Duration Event – Music in the Grove, East Brentwood Presbyterian Church

Ms. Erin Morrow representing the East Brentwood Presbyterian Church requests approval of a limited duration event for the fourth consecutive year to be held at the church from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Monday September 3, 2018 (Labor Day). The event will be free to the public and serves to promote community outreach and attract potential new members. Anticipated attendance is approximately 450-550 people.

A portable stage will be erected however; a flatbed truck may be used in place of the stage. Additionally, two to four food trucks serving food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. The plans include an area for kid’s activities.

The church will communicate with neighbors about the event.
