H. Michael Hindman Architects, PC requests approval of a revised site plan for the Brentwood Place Shopping Center.

The plan proposes the restriping of angled parking spaces in front of the Steinmart tenant space and new curbed landscape islands. A total of 3,442 additional square feet of green space and 48 additional parking spaces are proposed.
