PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The East Brentwood Presbyterian Church requests approval of a limited duration event to be conducted from 2:00 om to 6:00 pm on Monday, September 4^th.

The event will be free to all attendees. And will offer family friendly music, including jazz, bluegrass and Christian music.

A portable stage will be erected. It is possible that a flatbed trailer could be used instead of a stage.

Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available from two to four food trucks.

Plans include an area for kid’s activities.

The existing parking lot contains 172 spaces.

The church will communicate information about the event with neighbors.
