PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Perry Engineering, LLC, requests approval of a revised site plan for Phase II of the expansion of the Brentwood High School Campus.

The plan proposes the construction of a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) building along the Murray Lane frontage of the school. The building includes three-stories and an area of 64,167 sq. ft. The improvements will help to increase the capacity of the campus to approximately 2,000 students.

The building will include 35 additional teaching stations for a total of 106 classrooms.
