PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Perry Engineering, LLC, requests approval of revised site plan for the property located at 7112 Moores Lane. The proposed changes include:

Removal of the existing store, car wash, gas canopy and all eight gas dispensers;
A new 4,000 square foot store;
A new gas canopy with four gas dispensers.

The new store will be a combination of brick veneer, EIFS, metal panels and glass. It will be similar to the recently renovated Twice Daily locations.

The existing trees at the corner of Moores Lane & Mallory Lane are to remain.
