PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kiser Vogrin Design requests consideration of a plan for the redevelopment of the property located at 1537 Franklin Road.

Currently, there is a residential structure situated on the lot, having an area of 1,923 sf, which will be demolished as part of the development plan.

A 3-story 17,700 square foot office building on 1.29 acres with 72 parking spaces is proposed. The building will be a painted brick veneer with composite metal panels. Please note that the front entrance of the building will face the adjoining property to the South.

The developer will be required to extend City Sever service to serve the future structure.
