Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc., requests consideration of a revised final plat for the tract located at 98 Seaboard Lane.

The request involves a reduction in the side yard setback from the 50’, which is currently shown on the plan to 30’, which meets Code requirements for sites adjacent to a local street. Seaboard Lane is classified as a local street per Sec. 78-483 of the zoning ordinance and does not require the additional setback distances.

The changes are proposed to accommodate a car wash building.
