Resolution 2023-52 - Authorizing an Amendment to a multi-year software agreement with IGM Technology Corp for Gravity Software

Background

On April 10, 2023, City Commission approved an agreement for a multi-year contract with IGM Technology Corp for Gravity Software. The initial language in the contract regarding implementation services stated the following: "These implementation services will be provided to the customer within six months of the effective date. Implementation services required by the customer after this time period could be provided by IGM at IGM’s standard consulting services rate." Since the City is implementing multiple modules using the same City of Brentwood implementation team, staff felt six months would not be sufficient time to complete the implementation of all modules and did not want to incur any additional implementation costs. This language has been removed in the new agreement attached and the remainder of the agreement between the parties dated April 10, 2023 will remain in effect and unchanged.

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of the accompanying IGM Technology Corp addendum to resolution 2023-43.
