Present: Mayor Rhea Little; Vice Mayor Nelson Andrews; Commissioner Anne Dunn; Commissioner Mark Gorman; Commissioner Susannah Macmillan; Commissioner Regina Smithson; Commissioner Ken Travis Staff Present: City Manager Kirk Bednar; Assistant City Manager Jay Evans; City Attorney Kristen Corn; City Recorder Holly Earls

Approval of Minutes
				April 11, 2022
					Moved by Commissioner Mark Gorman for approval of the minutes as written, seconded by Commissioner Susannah Macmillan
					Vote: 7 - 0 Approved
New Business
				Request of City Cafe Persian Cuisine, LLC for an on-premises beer permit for City Cafe Persian Cuisine, 330 Franklin Road (new business)
					Moved by Commissioner Regina Smithson for approval, seconded by Vice Mayor Nelson Andrews
					Moved by Commissioner Ken Travis to approve and hold the Beer Permit until a copy of the bartender's license to serve is received by Staff, seconded by Mayor Rhea Little
					Vote: 7 - 0 Approved
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:06 pm.
