PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Site Plan – Student Life Building, Brentwood Academy, 219 Granny White Pike

Catalyst Design Group requests approval of a revised site plan for Brentwood Academy. The proposed changes include:

Construction of a 51,548 sq. ft. Student Life and Academic Center.
Construction of eight new tennis courts and a 1,000 sq. ft. tennis support building, with an option to cover four of the six northern courts with an open air pavilion roof structure. Lighting for the courts is also proposed.
Construction of a new softball field and a 1,740 sq. ft. concessions / bathroom building.
Construction of the 1,937 sq. ft. open air chapel.
Construction of a new driveway connection to Granny White Pike at Virginia Way
Field lighting and a new public sidewalk along Granny White.
