Revised Hillside Protection Site Plan Review – Stonehenge Subdivision, Section 3, Lot 110, 1424 Robert E Lee Lane

Merrell Home Improvement requests approval of a revised Hillside Protection Overlay site plan for Lot 110 in the Stonehenge Subdivision. The proposal includes the replacement of an existing multi-story deck and sunroom. The new deck will be located within the building envelope and be approximately 18 feet wider on each side. No trees will be removed or cut during the construction.
