Ragan Smith Associates requests approval of a preliminary plan that proposes 25 lots on approximately 32 acres.

Due to the proposed changes in the open space calculations, approval of the preliminary plan by the Planning Commission shall include a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners regarding the approval of the revised OSRD Development Plan.
