Revised Hillside Site Plan Overlay Review – Witherspoon Subdivision, Lot 45, 9248 Lehigh Drive

Ford Custom Classic Homes requests approval of a Hillside Protection Overlay site plan for Lot 45 located at 9248 Lehigh Drive. At its November 2019 meeting the Planning Commission approved a 6,796 square foot home for this lot. This proposal is for a different, slightly larger home.
