CSDG requests approval of a Revised Hillside Protection Overlay site plan for Lot 129 located at 9489 Stillbrook Trace. The revisions include the addition of a 15.5’ x 35’ swimming pool, plus approximately 2,320 square feet of impervious pool deck and sidewalk. A 500 square foot covered porch is also being proposed.
