PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Site Plan – Sullivan Dental Partners Medical Office Building, 5015 Harpeth Drive

Smallwood Nickle Architects requests approval of a new two-story medical office building having an area of 11,000 square feet.

The parking lot will be constructed using pervious pavers. Development of the site also included five off-site parallel parking spaces along Harpeth Drive. A total of 47 parking space are provided for the project.

The architectural design includes a tower element being approximately 38 feet tall.

The site is the former location of Murff’s Craft Brews and Burgers.
