PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Revised Building Elevations – 1537 Franklin Road

Grove Park Commercial Builders, LLC, requests approval of revised building elevations for the office building that is currently under construction located at 1537 Franklin Road.

The changes involve adding vertical and horizontal accents, to the building, which was originally painted gray brick, using a brown composite material in a wood like finish. Additionally, a modification to the exterior material on the west end of the building to brick is proposed. The design of two windows on the first has also been changed.
