PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Personal Wireless Service Facility (PWSF) – Verizon Wireless – 210 Westwood Place, Zoning C-1

Baker Donalson requests approval of a small cell PWSF for the building located at 210 Westwood Place. The proposal includes:

Installation of three panel antennas mounted to the mechanical screen wall atop the building and painted to match the screen color. The antennas are oriented away from Virginia Way. The antennas measure approximately 29" x 12 " x 7".
Installation of a "cube cabinet" behind the mechanical screen, measuring 7' x 7' in a lease area having an area of 49 sf.

The improvements are proposed to improve Internet reception inside the building.
